🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Finance & Accounts

Sr. Officer: Graduate (50%+) with CA or CMA (full qualification).
Associates: B.Com (50%+). CA/CMA Inter preferred for higher grades.

✅ HR & Administration

Graduate (50%) + Diploma in Personnel Management.
Preference: MBA (HR), MA (PMIR), Masters in Personnel Management.

✅ IT Posts

Associates: B.Sc. (IT)/BCA (50%). Preference: MCA/M.Sc. (IT).
Engineer: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or MCA.
