The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the CRP RRBs XIV Notification 2025 for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Among the specialist officer roles, Chartered Accountant (CA) and Treasury Manager are prestigious career options.

These posts fall under Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer) and offer exciting opportunities for finance professionals.


📌 Chartered Accountant (CA) – Officer Scale II (Manager)

  • Educational Qualification: Certified Associate from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Chartered Accountant

  • Post- 69 (Refer official IBPS notification for detailed state-wise breakup).

  • Role: Handling audits, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and supporting RRBs in maintaining financial discipline.


📌 Treasury Manager – Officer Scale II (Manager)

  • Educational Qualification: CA or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant field

  • Post-16 (Refer official IBPS notification for detailed state-wise breakup).

  • Role: Managing liquidity, investments, and funds of the bank, ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance.

  • For Officers Scale II and III – Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Single Examination to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, adequate number of candidates in each category not exceeding three times of the declared vacancies shall be called for interview, subject to availability. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the Online Main Examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.

  • Interview – coordinated by RRBs & NABARD

  • The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. Minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC /ST /OBC /PwBD candidates).

Candidates must qualify in both exam and interview for final allotment.

  • SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175

  • Others: ₹850

  • Exam Date: To be notified by IBPS
