🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 15 to 25 years (Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD/Ex-Servicemen – 10 yrs)

• Educational Qualification:

  • COPA – Matriculation + ITI Certificate (NCVT/SCVT recognized)

  • Executive Procurement – Graduation (Commerce/CA Inter/Supply Chain or similar)

  • HR/Finance/Marketing – Graduate in any discipline (pursuing/final year students eligible in some cases)

🔹 Training Period & Stipend

• Duration: 6 to 12 months (as per trade)

• Stipend (Monthly):

  • Class 10 pass-outs – ₹6,000

  • Class 12 pass-outs – ₹7,000

  • ITI holders – ₹7,700

  • Diploma holders – ₹8,000

  • Graduate Apprentices – ₹9,000

• Purely Merit-Based (No written test or interview).

• Merit list prepared on 10th class marks.

• Tie-breaker: Age (older preferred), then Year of passing.

• Final selection subject to document verification.
