Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, has released its recruitment notification (Advt. No. RF/HRA/04/ER/REC/2025) dated 10 September 2025. The vacancies are exclusively for candidates from the state of Rajasthan across multiple trades and disciplines

Grade-III (₹26,600 – ₹90,000)

• Junior Assistant (Clerk cum Computer Operator) – 6

• Fitter – 2

• Mechanic Diesel – 1

• Electrician – 5

Grade-V (₹32,000 – ₹1,27,000)

• Accounts Assistant – 3

• Hindi Translator – 1

Grade-VII (₹37,500 – ₹1,45,000)

• Civil Engineer – 1

• Electrical Engineer – 4

🔹 Eligibility Criteria (as on 10/10/2025)

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years; Maximum varies by category (UR: 30 years, OBC: 33, SC/ST: 35).

• Qualification Examples:

  • 10+2 with Diploma in Computer Applications (for Junior Assistant).

  • Trade Certificate in Fitter/Mechanic Diesel/Electrician.

  • B.Com with 1 year experience (for Accounts Assistant).

  • Graduation in Hindi/English with Diploma in Translation (for Hindi Translator).

  • Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering (for Engineers).

🔹 Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100% weightage

  • Part A: English, GK & OIL Awareness – 20%

  • Part B: Reasoning & Numerical Ability – 20%

  • Part C: Domain/Technical Knowledge – 60%

• No negative marking.

• Duration: 2 Hours (Bilingual – English & Hindi).

• Qualifying Marks: 40% for SC/ST/PwBD, 50% for others.
