Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd.), a leading profit-making Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, has released a notification for Apprenticeship Training 2025-26. With manufacturing units at Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad, Maharashtra), RCF is inviting online applications for a total of 325 Apprentice positions across Graduate, Technician, and Trade Apprenticeships.

Graduate Apprentice

Accounts Executive – 35
Secretarial Assistant – 50
Recruitment Executive (HR) – 30

Technician Apprentice

Diploma (Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical) – 114

Trade Apprentice

Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), Boiler Attendant, Electrician, Horticulture Assistant, Instrument Mechanic, Laboratory Assistant, Medical Lab Technician – 96

📌 Grand Total: 325 Apprentices

📌 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum age: 18 years as on 01.07.2025.
Maximum age: 25 years (General), 28 years (OBC), 30 years (SC/ST), 35 years (PwBD).
Educational qualification: Full-time regular course from recognized institute.
Candidates with experience of 1+ year/job or prior apprenticeship training are not eligible.

📌 Stipend Details

Graduate Apprentices – ₹9,000 per month
Technician (Diploma) Apprentices – ₹8,000 per month
Technician (Vocational) Apprentices – ₹7,000 per month

(50% stipend by BOAT, 50% by RCF Ltd.)

📌 Selection Process

Merit list based on academic performance (marks in qualifying exams).
Document Verification.
Contract Approval on NATS/NAPS portals.
