Eligibility Criteria

1. Executive Director (Finance)

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) with 60% marks.

• Experience: Minimum 25 years in Finance & Accounts in executive positions.

• Age Limit: 55 years.

2. Manager (HR & Admin)

• Qualification: Degree + 2 years PG Degree in HRM / IR / Personnel Management with 60%.

• Experience: 7 years in HR & Admin functions.

• Age Limit: 40 years.

3. Deputy Manager (IT)

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA with 60%.

• Experience: 4 years in IT systems & network administration (1 year in cyber security preferred).

• Age Limit: 35 years.

4. Senior Accounts Officer

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with min. 60% marks (50% for SC).

• Experience: 1 year in accounts/finance-related roles.

• Age Limit: 28 years.
