📊 Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted in three stages:

1. Online Examination (OE) – 120 questions, 100 marks, including:

   • Professional Knowledge (Finance/Accounts) – 50 Qs

   • Aptitude (Quant, Reasoning, GA, English, Computer) – 50 Qs

   • Psychometric Test – 20 Qs
     (Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer)

2. Group Discussion (GD) – Shortlisting ratio 1:6; minimum 60% required

3. Personal Interview (PI) – Final selection based on weightage:

   • Online Exam: 70%

   • GD: 10%

   • PI: 20%

Selected candidates will primarily be posted at Mumbai or regional offices but may be transferred across SCI divisions, subsidiaries, or JVs.
