🎓 Eligibility Criteria (As on 11/08/2025)

✅ Educational Qualification

Each post has a specific required qualification. For example:

• Dy. Manager (Finance): Any Graduate with CA/CMA.

• Dy. Manager (Systems): B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or any graduate with MCA.

• Dy. Manager (Law): Graduation + LLB or 5-year Integrated Law.

• Dy. Manager (HRD): PG Degree/Diploma in HR/PM/IR/Labour Welfare.

• Others: Relevant engineering or science degrees for technical roles.

✅ Experience Required

• Dy. Manager (E02): Minimum 5 years

• Sr. Manager (E04): Minimum 11 years

• Dy. General Manager (E06): Minimum 17 years

✅ Maximum Age

• Dy. Manager – 35 years

• Sr. Manager – 41 years

• DGM – 48 years
  (Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules)
